- 6 slices bacon diced
- reserved spinach water
- salt

- dash of chili powder
- flour
- two slices of white bread
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons water
Cannoli Dip

Mix all ingredients together except for waffle bowls or cones
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip
- Waffle cones or bowls
Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe

If you don't want to eat skin-on chicken, still cook the dish with the skin-on, even if you don't eat it
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup smooth Dijon mustard
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 pounds chicken thighs (or legs)
- Salt
- 2 sprigs rosemary (or a generous sprinkling of dried rosemary)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Sangria (Ree Drummond's)

Place the fruit in a large vat
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into cubes
- 2 unpeeled lemons, thinly sliced
- 2 unpeeled limes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green seedless grapes
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 small unpeeled orange, thinly sliced
- 1.5 liter red wine, such as cabernet sauvignon, merlot or pinot noir, chilled
- 1.5 liter dry white wine, such as chardonnay, sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio, chilled
- 1 cup orange or citrus flavored rum
- 1 cup orange or citrus flavored vodka
- 1 cup sugar
- Ice, for serving
Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Panko topping: Melt butter over medium-high heat, add salt and paprika
- Topping-
- 1 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
- 4 T. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- a few dashes of paprika
- Mac and Cheese-
- 1 lb. box of macaroni; elbows, shells, cavatappi or gemelli
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 oz. cans of evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. powdered dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar
- 8 oz. shredded parmesan reggiano cheese
- 8 oz. finely chopped Velveeta
- (All 3 cheeses should be combined into one bowl and tossed evenly with each other)
- 8 T. unsalted butter
Pumpkin Pie (Eagle Brand)

HEAT oven to 425°F. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth
- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Banana Pepper Dip

- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan

1 Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg in a large bowl
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
