Easy Poulet Sauce

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender
- POULET SAUCE
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup buffalo hot wing sauce
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
Southern Cornbread Stuffing

Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a skillet on the stove
- 1/2 medium to large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 1/2 cups homemade cornbread (Or, use 2 1/2 cups of cornbread-flavored stuffing mix.)
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 2 1/2 cans (about 16 oz. each) chicken broth
- cooking spray
Corned Beef & Cabbage

- 16 cups cold water
