- 4 ounces sliced mortadella
- 2 1/2 ounces sliced hot soppressata
- 2 ounces sliced finocchiona salami
- 2 ounces sliced coppa
- 4 ounces sliced provolone or fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup halved Peppadew peppers
- 2 cups arugula
Spinach

1 Cook the spinach according to directions and drain well
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 can Durkee's French fried onion rings
Parmesan Crusted Haddock
