Slow Cooker Chocolate Chip Blondies

In a medium sized saucepan place the stick of butter over low heat and let melt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
- 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar, I used light because that's what I had on hand
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips

- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 3 dill pickles, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) sour cream

- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken, celery, or mushroom soup undiluted
- 3 cups packaged stuffing mix

Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole

Spray the bottom and sides of a 4 - 6 quart crock pot with non-stick spray
- 20 ounce bag of frozen hashbrowns with onions and peppers, thawed in fridge overnight
- 16 ounce bag of frozen chicken fajita strips (already cooked kind)
- 10.75 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of seasoing salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Slow Cooker Balsamic Pot Roast

Coat your beef with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 2 - 2 1/2 pounds beef pot roast, boneless, top or bottom blade or cross rib
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tblsp garlic, minced

- 1 can (5 1/2-6 oz) tomato paste -
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar -
- 1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce + 2 tsp
- 1 tblsp honey + 2 tsp
- 1 tblsp dijon mustard + 2 tsp
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour -
- 1 tblsp parsley, dried
- 1 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp pepper -
- 1 tblsp sugar if needed -
