Slow Cooker Blueberry Stuffed French Toast Casserole

Grease a 5 - 6 quart crock pot with the butter & leave the excess in the crock
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 loaf of french bread, sliced into 1 inch thick pieces
- 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 - 5 ounce cans of evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 t vanilla
- 3/4 t cinnamon
White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake

In a small bowl, combine gingersnap crumbs and butter
- 1-1/2 cups crushed gingersnap cookies (about 32 cookies)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
- 5 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

In a large bowl, beat mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons each finely chopped celery, green pepper and onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1-1/2 cups cooked or canned crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inches)

- 2 slices bread, crusts removed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
