- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (divided)
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes (drained)

- 1 large bag Doritos
- Shredded lettuce (optional)

- For the shortbread layer:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- For the Caramel Layer
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- For the chocolate layer:
- 8 oz. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces

- 3 ounces dark or semisweet chocolate (70 percent and over), chopped

- 6 large egg yolks

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 bags milk chocolate chips (12−ounce bags)

Mix first three togther. Fill a tall glass 2/3 to 3/4 with Lemon mixture then fill with sparkling water
- 1 Quart water
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup FRESH lemon juice
- Sparkling Water (not tonic water, like Perrier)

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick or old fashion oats
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups (12 oz pkg) White Morsels/white chocolate chips
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (16 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp creole seasoning

- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4-5 pounds chicken
- 1 tbs butter, melted
