Chocolate Ganache 2

This ganache should be used with this truffle mold
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz of Guittard Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Madagascar bourbon vanilla
- 5 TBSP unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup real liquid of choice - coffee, brandy, espresso, amaretto, rum, liqueur. Leave out the liquid if you want to make hand dipped truffles. (You can add our flavor oils to create something even more scrumptious! 10 drops per pound of chocolate.)
Sweetened Condensed Milk

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling

- 1½ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken

- 2 lbs. (32 oz.) chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup salsa, homemade or purchased
- 1 cup petite diced canned tomatoes (choose low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 cup onions, diced fine
- 1/2 cup celery diced fine
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 3 tbsp. sour cream, reduced fat
Chocolate Marshmallow Popcorn

Oven - 275 Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of salt over popcorn in a large bowl - toss, set aside
- 1/2 tsp salt - divided
- 12 cups warm air popped popcorn
- 4 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 40 mini marshmallows
Hot Spicy BBQ Sauce

Mix all together well
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- a few drops of hot pepper sauce
WW Taco Soup Chili

WeightWatchers 4pts per cup
- 1 lb ground turkey or ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 15oz can kidney beans
- 1 15oz can fat free refried beans
- 1 15oz can Mexican style chili beans
- 1 16oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 16oz can diced tomatoes (I use Rotel HOT - It's smaller, but still works)
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 - 11/2 cups water (optional - I don't use, I like it thicker)
- 1 4.5 oz can chilis diced (I use jalepinos)
- 1 pk taco seasoning
- 1 pk hidden valley ranch dressing (regular, not dip, not buttermilk)

- 8 oz or Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz of Soft Philly Cheese
- 1 cup of Fine Sugar
- 2 tlbs of Vanilla extract
- 2 small bags of Semi-Sweet chocolate chips

- 2/3 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium onions -chopped
- 29 oz canned stewed tomatoes (mexican style) undrained
- 2 1/2 cups canned tomato juice
- 4 oz can diced green chili peppers
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked whole wheat macaroni - elbow
- 31 oz canned pinto beans -drained rinsed
- 1/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
