- 1 (12 0z) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon water
- WHIPPED CREAM:
- 1 package cream cheese (8-ounce) at room temperature
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream (16-ounce)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
