Sweet and Saltines

Preheat oven to 425. Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil and saltines
- 40 Saltine Crackers
- 1 Cup Butter (2 sticks)
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Coconut Cake

Mix milk and creme together
- 1 yellow cake mix, baked per box instructions
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can Creme de Coco
- 1 Container Cool Whip
- Toasted Coconut
Cookies Cream Puffs

Preheat oven to 425°F. Using a knife, separate the cream from the cookies, and place them in two separate bowls
- 25 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups half & half
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 eggs
Uncooked Blackberry Jam

If blackberries are very seedy, put part or all of them through a sieve or food mill
- 3 cups crushed blackberries or raspberries, (about 1 1/2 quarts)
- 5 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 box powdered pectin
- 3/4 cups water

Make the cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cookie:
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Caramel layer:
- 15 oz of caramel (I used Kraft caramel bits)
- 2 Tbsp evaporated milk
- Chocolate layer:
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 tsp shortening

Preheat oven and line muffin tins with paper liners
- 1 box White or Yellow Cake Mix + box ingredients
- 20 oz Apple Pie Filling
- 1 cup softened Butter
- 3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Chicken and Dumpling Casserole

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (I use a store bought rotisserie chicken)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (the herbed cream of chicken soup if you can find it)
- 3 teaspoons of chicken granules (I use Wylers)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt or more to taste

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 18 oz box white cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 T sour cream (I used reduced fat)

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 T heavy cream
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 T meringue powder
- Food coloring or sprinkles as desired
