Italian Christmas Cookies

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs; add vanilla and dry ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- Icing
- 2 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tsp. water
- Stir until creamy
Apple Pie Bars

1.Preheat oven to 350ºF. 2
- Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and diced into cubes
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 egg yolk
- Filling:
- 5 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Turbinado sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Christmas Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Nana Hill's Bread Filling

- 1 Bag Bread, cut into cubes
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Cup Celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley

- 1 Cup milk
Twix Pound Cake

- 8 oz. soft caramels (such as Kraft), unwrapped
