Hoagie Dip

1.In a large bowl, combine the deli meats and cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato and banana peppers
- 1/4 pound Hormel pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 pound deli turkey breast, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 pound deli Genoa salami, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 pound deli ham, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 pound deli provolone cheese, chopped into small pieces
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded and chopped
- 1/2 cup hot banana peppers, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Snickerdoodle Poppers

1.Combine ⅔ cup sugar and cinnamon and set aside
- For coating:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 tespoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk(room temperature)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoon butter (melted)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- For filling:
- 1 box of instant vanilla JELLO
- 4 oz. white chocolate
Dark Chocolate Bacon Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cold, strong, brewed coffee
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Best-Ever Chicken Salad

Instructions Pre-heat oven to 350 F
- Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lbs of chicken parts (bone-in, skin-on thighs and breasts work well)
- 2 tablespoons quality olive oil
- 1 cup of seedless grapes, sliced in half (red and green varieties are great)
- 1 cup almonds, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced, white and green parts
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt (start with 1/2 teaspoon, then add more, to taste)
- Freshly ground pepper
Boston Cream Pie Poke Cake

Make cake according to directions and bake in a well greased 9x13 pan
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- All Ingredients to make cake
- 2 (3.4 oz) box instant Vanilla or French Vanilla Pudding
- 4 Cups Milk
- 1 Tub Chocolate Frosting
Zesty Cucumber Salad

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil and sugar
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced (about 2 lbs)
- 1 (10 oz) container grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 medium Vidalia onion, very thinly sliced into half moons
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz each)
- 1 1/3 cup cold whole milk
- 8 oz sour cream
- powdered sugar
Cream Cheese Cookies

Cream the butter and cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 pkg. Dry Cake Mix, any flavor
Pumpkin Pie Dip

Combine all ingredients. Stir well until blended
- 15 oz Can Pumpkin
- 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
4 Bean Salad

Combine all beans. Mix all ingredients for dressing and beat until white and thick
- 1 Can Wax Beans, drained
- 1 Can Red Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Can French Cut Green Beans
- 1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Lg Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Lg. Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- Dressing
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2/3 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Salad Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
