- 6 cups sliced peeled ripe peaches

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites, beaten for 4 to 5 minutes until stiff
- For the Filling:
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1 tablespoon milk

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package (4.8 ounces) Pasta Roni angel hair pasta with herbs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Coarsely ground pepper

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 5-8 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 lb. gargonzola cheese
- Toss over 1 cut up head of lettuce.
- Sprinkle with salt.
