In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- mix together and let marinate 1 hour 1 can bamboo shoots drained

- 1/4 pound sliced mushrooms 1/2 teaspoon salt

German Potato Salad with Sausage Recipe

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp
- 8 bacon strips, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 pounds medium red potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

- 1 /2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 package (9 ounces) frozen cut green beans
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 /4 cup chopped celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 /2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 /2 teaspoon salt
- 1 /8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 -1/2 cups cold whole milk
- 1 /2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 /4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 -1/2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 can (12 ounces) light tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1 /3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
Chicken with Pineapple

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)

- 2 cans (8 ounces each) unsweetened pineapple chunks

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce or reduced-sodium soy sauce

Directions In a 10-in. ovenproof skillet, saute garlic in butter and oil until fragrant
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 /4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 /4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 /4 cup lemon juice
- 1 /2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 /4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 /4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 /4 cup minced fresh parsley

- 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cold butter,divided & chilled
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons cold water
- 4 medium carrots,sliced
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 1 large onion
- 2-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten

- 1 block Velvetta cheese
- roll of country sausage
- 2 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 3-4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Pete's Seafood Salad

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
- 8 ounces imitation Crab Meat. Flake style- pull apart so that it is shredded.
- 8 ounces imitation Lobster Meat, chopped.
- 16 ounces Salad Shrimp, frozen or fresh.
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise.
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice.
- Black Pepper.
- 1/2 cup celery.
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard.
- 2 Tablespoons onion.
- 1 Teaspoon Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning.
