One-Pot Pasta Primavera

Place the pasta in the bottom of a large deep skillet
- 12 ounces linguine
- 3 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 (32-ounce) container vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In a small sauce pan, melt butter and blend in flour to make a roux
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheese, to sprinkle on top

1. Place potatoes in a medium sauce pan and add water to cover by 1 inch, then stir in 1 Tablespoon salt
- 21/2 pounds of russet potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 in. thick.
- Salt and Pepper.
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup fresh chives.
- 1 large egg yolk plus 2 large eggs.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves , cut horizontally in half.
- 1 egg.
- 3/4 cup flour.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt.
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 kaiser tools split.
- lettuce leaves.
- 1 large tomato, sliced into 8 pieces.
Pete's Marinara Sauce

In a deep 10-inch frying pan, heat oil oil and gently saute' the garlic
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 28 oz. cans ready-cut peeled tomatoes or 5 pounds of fresh tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 10 fresh basil leaves

- grated Parmesan cheese
Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

1, Rub pork chops with seasoning salt and pepper on both sides
- 2 ( 4 oz. pork loin chops thick.)
- 2 teas. seasoning salt
- 1 teas. pepper
- 1 Tables. olive oil
- 1 large onion (1 pd.) sliced thin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 slices swiss cheese
Peach Cobbler For Two

Preheat oven to 375F. Have two 6-ounce ramekins or other small oven-proof dishes ready
- 1 cup chopped peaches (roughly 1 medium peach)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
- Batter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons buttermilk
- Drop of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice cream, for serving
Strawberry Banana Salad

Lightly toss banana slices with lemon juice and place 1/4 cup in a small bowl; mash
- 1 large firm banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 5 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp. salted peanuts, chopped (optional)

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
