Sauces - Tricia Perkins' Barbecue Sauce

Mix well. Refrigerate and use as needed
- 1/2 of 32 oz bottle Heinz Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of 12 Oakes White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce-Bull Louisiana Hot Sauce
- (optional).
Desserts -Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

Coat bottom and sides of an 8 inch pie plate lightly with butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolaqte chips
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 quart chocolate chip ice cream, softened
Soups - Taco Soup (Weight Watchers)

Brown meat and onions, drain
- 1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranchy Dressing Mix
- 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Chile Hot Beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (any flavor)
Chili - Bibb City Woman's Club Chili Recipe

Cook onions in small amount of oil until transparent; add ground beef and cook until all red is gone
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 5 cups chopped onions or 3 jars of dehydrated onions
- 5 ozs chili powder (or to taste)
- tomato juice (giant size) (more if desired)
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Garlic (chopped button or salt)
- Worchestershire Sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water as needed

Combine oil and sugar; add eggs, apples and pecans
- 1 1/2 cups oil; 3 eggs, well beaten; 1 cup chopped pecans; 3 cups plain, all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; salt and vanilla; 2 cups sugar; 3 cups chopped apples; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Soups - Sausage and Chicken Soup-Paige Sutcliff

In 4 qt saucepan, heat oil over high heat
- 8 oz cooked Louis Rich Smoked Turkey Sausage – boil 10 minutes and drain
- 8 oz skinned and boned cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup each of diced onion and bell pepper
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 o (1/2 cup) uncooked regular long-grain rice
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 packets Weight Watchers Instant Chicken Broth and seasoning
Brunswick Stew - Southern Brunswick Stew

In 4 qt sauce pan, combine water, chicken, celery tops, bay leaf, salt and pepper
- 7 cups water
- 3 lb whole broiler-fryer chicken cut up, skin removed
- 3 celery tops with leaves
- 1 bay leaf, 1 teasp salt, 1/4 teasp pepper
- 1 16 oz package McKenzie’s Vegetable Soup Mix with tomatoes
- 1/3 cup ketchup 1 teasp Worcestershire sauce
Beverages - Strawberry Fruit Drink

Mix well in blender. Use small tumbler and fill ¼ full; add Sprite
- 1 package of frozen sliced strawberries (large – 10 or 16 oz) thawed
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
