- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
German Cucumber Salad

Peel and thinly slice both of the cucumbers and the onion
- Dressing:
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 T. vinegar
- Dill, to taste

Wrap each potato in foil and place in a 5-to-6-quart slow cooker
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 ounces cremini mushrooms, trimmed and quartered
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into small florets, stalks peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth, hot
- 2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt, room temperature

Combine chicken, apple, cranberries, celery, pecans, and green onions in a bowl
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 unpeeled red apple, chopped
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 slices bread
- 12 lettuce leaves

STEP 1: Pour the Tater Tots into a LARGE bowl and set it aside
- 9 ×13 baking pan/dish..sprayed with non-stick spray
- 10 (or so) cups of frozen Tater Tots
- 2 cups of assorted shredded Cheese…divided! I used Mozzarella and a Colby Jack blend
- 1 can of any cream soup you like..I used Nacho Cheese
- 1 lb. Bacon..crispy (reserve the grease..optional)
- 1 lb. Sausage..fully cooked
- 1 Green Bell Pepper..chopped//you can totally add whatever veggies you prefer!
- 1 Onion..chopped..I didn’t use it, but I do recommend it!
- 1/2 cup Butter..softened…if needed!
- Sriracha…optional, but SO good with this!
