Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Lemonade Chicken

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- 4 chicken breasts (I used frozen ones)
- 1 (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 5 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons cold water

Spread 1/4 cup flour on a large plate
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces each)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup torn fresh basil
- 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 pounds zucchini noodles
- Red pepper flakes, for topping

1. Start by making the peanut butter cookies: In a small bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt together
- For the peanut butter cookies:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour*
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- For the peanut butter filling and assembly:
- 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For homemade Nutter Butters that better resemble the store-bought variety, replace the all-purpose flour with 1 cup gluten-free flour, as the gluten-free flour better retains its shape.
CHEESY LEFTOVER HAM AND RICE CASSEROLE WITH BROCCOLI

- 2 (10oz) cans Cheese Soup (found by the cream soups)
- 2 and 2/3 cups water
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 1/4 cups white rye, medium rye or pumpernickel flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 cup sour cream (low-fat is fine)

- 2 c wheat pastry flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/3 cup boiling water
