- 12 fl oz/350ml finger-warm water (approx)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Vegetable oil for cooking

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces each)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices (8 slices)
- 8 spears asparagus, trimmed, halved lengthwise, then crosswise

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1 6 ounce bag dried mixed berries and cherries (such as Mariani)
Grilled Chicken Ratatouille

1.Preheat grill to medium-high
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Canola or olive oil cooking spray
- 1 red bell pepper, halved lengthwise, stemmed and seeded
- 1 small eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
- 1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise
- 4 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed well
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Optional: 1 jalapeno chopped
