1. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, oil, pumpkin, and eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c veg. oil
- 3/4 c canned pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c raisins-optional
- 1/2 c nuts-optional

1. Chill fat. Cut butter and shortening into 1/2 " pieces and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes

- 4 TBS vegetable shortening

Twenty Minute Easy Tortellini Bake

Cook the tortellini according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes
- 1 9oz package of tortellini in your favorite flavor. I used Butoni Chicken and Proscuitto tortellini (or use Ravioli)

- 2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1. Put the anchovies in a small bowl and set it in the sink under a stream of cold running water for 20 minutes
