- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter

- I make my own buttermilk, by mixing 1 tbsp vinegar to 1 cup of milk and let it sit for 5 minutes. So much better than buying a large amount when you don’t need it.
