- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons confetti sprinkles
Sunday Gravy and Meatballs

Directions Heat oil in very large Dutch oven
- Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves ( chopped)
- 2 onions ( chopped)
- 1 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (28 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- MEATBALLS
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck ( 85% lean/15%fat)
- 4 slices white bread ( make fresh crumbs in blender or food processor) 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 garlic cloves ( chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper ( a few grinds)
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese or 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons water
- flour ( for dredging)
- vegetable oil ( for frying)
- SAUSAGE
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage links or 1 lb hot Italian sausage

- 1 teasp soda
- juiice and grated rind of 1 orange

Brisket of Beef and Potato Pancakes

- Potato Pancakes:
- 3-4 lb. Brisket
- garlic powder
- salt
- vegetable oil
- 5 large onions sliced thick
- 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix
- 2 eggds
- 1 small onion
- 1 teasp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 teasp. baking powder
- 3 cups of raw potatoes cubed (I use russet potatoes)
Chef John's Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled in freezer and cut into thin slices
- 3/4 cup cold buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk for brushing
Chicken Vesuvio

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees and prepare roasting pan Heat 1/2 inch veg
- Vegetable oil, for browning
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled, cut into lengthwise wedges
- 1 pound of sweet italian sausage, cut crosswise into 1 inch pieces
- 1- 4 1/2 lb. chicken cut into 10 pieces
- 4 teasp. kosher salt
- 5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves crushed and peeled
- 2 small onions, peeled, quartered at the root end
- 1 teasp. dried oregano
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 red, yellow or orange bell peppers cut into thick strips
- 16 oz. frozen peas thawed
