- Cook time: 1 hrs
- 10 oz of Brown Lentils, rinsed well
- 1/2 cup of Crushed Tomatoes or any tomato product (not ketchup)
- 2 or 3 Cloves of Garlic, peeled but not chopped
- 3 Stalks of Celery, minced
- 2 Tbsp of Parsley, chopped
- 1-1/2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1-1/2 cups of Short Cut Pasta
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- One 10-ounce package frozen lima beans

- Green lettuce leaves
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 cup potato, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 pie crusts ( either store bought or your own recipe)
