- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups (7 1/2 ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2/3 cup (2 2/3 ounces) confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 14 tablespoons (1 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter , cold, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Potato Bake

Process, 1) Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
- Ingredients:
- Serves 4
- 1 Pound of Yukon Gold Potatoes, washed, dried and cut into large chunks you can use russets but make sure you peel them first
- 2 Red Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into large chunks
- 1 Large Red Onion, cut into large chunks
- 4 links of Italian Turkey Sausage, cut into thirds
- 4 or 5 Cloves of Garlic unpeeled
- A few Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tsp of Dried Rosemary

Apple Cake from Ladies Home Journal

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 3 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 3 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 2 to 1 1/2 1/2 I ran out of white sugar! So I had to use approx 1 1/2 cups of white, 1/2 cup of light brown…and I will definitely do this from now on! It added great flour and wasn’t too rich.)
- 2 2 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 3 3 large eggs
- 1 1 1 tbsp turbinado sugar (i.e. Sugar in the Raw)
- 1 1 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
