marinate chicken for 1 hour
- 1 pkg. skinless split chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 teasp. ground ginger
- 2 teasp. dry mustard
- 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 teasp. rice vinegar or distilled white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Shrimp Dip

Combine all ingredients and chill slightly
- 1 can frozen cream shrimp soup
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 teasp. lemon juice
- dash worsteshire sauce
- dash garlic powder
- dash paprika

- Sauce:
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 clove garlic chopped fine
- 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
- 1 teasp. worsteshire sauce
- Italian flavored bread crumbs to coat flounder
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

- 1 head cauliflower (2 pounds)
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 leek, white and light green parts only, halved lengthwise, sliced thin, and washed thoroughly
- 1 small onion, halved and sliced thin
- Salt and pepper
- 4 1/2 – 5 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
