- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups milk

- 6 each Chicken Legs and Chicken Thighs
- 1 large jar Spicy Garlic Pickles
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Oil (to fry)
- 2 cups Buttermilk

- 1 recipe Pizza Dough
- 2 cups Basic Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups Broccoli (sliced finely as if shaved)
- 2 cups Cauliflower (sliced finely as if shaved)
- 3 Spring Onions (sliced thinly)/sweet
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic (sliced
- )1 pound Mozzarella (cubed)
- Parmesan (for garnish)
- This is for a Veggie Stromboli--Can obviously be made for meat
Fried Rice with Ginger, Hoisin, and Sesame

"A twist on the average fried rice - a culmination of some of my favorite Asian flavors thrown into a common dish
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 2 cups frozen pea pods
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- Great Tip: For non-mushy rice---use cold or frozen
