Banana Bread

I make it in a 9X13 pan and cook for 30-35 minutes.
I skip the nuts because the kids don’t like them.
Also, I use cinnamon in place of the nutmeg.

Ingredients
- Banana Bread
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking pwd.
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- Streusel nut Topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- cut in 2 Tbsp. butter
- stir in 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom and half up sides of one 9X5 loaf pan. Combine dry ingredients and wet ones separately; add wet to the dry—stir just until moistened. (ok if lumpy) Put in pan and top with streusel. Bake 55-60 minutes.
