Bainbridge Sweet Memphis Sauce- Quart

Mix together and bring to a boil on a large pot
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 2 cups Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 TBS Franks
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP ground black Pepper
- 1 TSP Liquid Smoke
Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Directions Heat oven to 350 and grease 13x9 inch dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1" strips
- 1/3 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- 5 cups potatoes, grated (can also use frozen or refrigerated hash browns that have been thawed ~ or shred the potatoes yourself)
- 1 cup light ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup panko or breadcrumbs (I substituted with French's Onions ~ they were all we had on hand!)

- 3 russet potatoes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste

- 12 oz. pasteurized process American cheese, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup mild salsa
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 8 cups tortilla chips (1/2 of a 12 oz. bag)
