- ■1/4 whole Medium Red Onion, Finely Diced
- ■1-1/2 cup Blueberries

- ■4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ■4 Tablespoons Sour Cream

- Preparation Instructions
- to to 1/4 into large plastic storage bag. Pound with a mallet or rolling pin to flatten to 1/4 inch uniform thickness. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
