Coconut Milk-Braised Greens

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Salt to taste
- 2 bunches collard greens, kale or mustard greens (about 1 pound total), stemmed and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
Bananas and cream cookies

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line two or three baking sheets with parchment
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups soft light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup whole milk or cream
- 1 3/4 cups plain flour
- 1 3/4 cups self – raising flour (I made my own by adding 1 3/4 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to 1 3/4 cups plain flour)
- 3 cups slightly crushed frosted flakes
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
Vegan Granola

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- cooking spray
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1-1/3 cups wheat germ
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 pinches ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups dried mixed fruit
- 1/2 cup quartered dried apricots
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened dried cranberries

- Triple-layer GODIVA Dream Cheesecake:
- 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers (about 12 crackers)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (2-8 ounce packages)
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
- 3 ounces GODIVA Dark Chocolate Callets
- 1 1/3 cups sour cream, divided
- 1/3 firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 finely chopped pecans 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

- 6 ounces GODIVA Dark Chocolate Callets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

- 6 cups chopped kale, Swiss chard or collard greens, tough stems removed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
