Bacon Egg and Cheese Boats

Preheat your oven to 350°F
- 4 Demi-Baguettes
- 8 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 pound Thick-Cut Bacon (Diced)
- 1 cup Gruyere (Shredded)
- 1/4 cup Chives (Chopped)
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- For the Salad
- 5 ounce box of Mixed Greens
- 1/2 Red Onion (sliced)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Olive Oil

- Fill crock pot with your favorite cereal, pretzels and nuts. Melt 1/4 cup butter, add 4 tsp worchestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powders, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, dissolve & stir. Pour over cereal & mix.

- For The Marinade:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
- For The Coleslaw:
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage (I used 1 1/2 cups shredded white cabbage and 1 cup shredded red cabbage)
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 20-oz. can pineapple slices, drained and cut into chunks
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- For The Vinaigrette:
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1 1/2 -2 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked, diced or shredded
- 1 Box Long Grain and Wild Rice, cooked according to package (I use Uncle Ben's Fast Cook)*See Note
- 3 Cups Brown Rice, cooked according to package (I make 4 servings on the package -
- a little less than 3 cups of cooked rice)
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 10 oz Bag of Frozen Broccoli Florets cooked according to package (cut into bite
- size pieces)
- 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- I use the package Quinoa and rice blend and the brown rice bowls. I get them both from Costco.
Daphne Oz's Lentil Salad

Boil the lentils and water in your rice cooker, until water is boiled off and lentils are tender but not mushy
- 1 cup lentils
- 2 cups water
- 1 bunch chives (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- red pepper (diced - optional)
- celery (diced - optional)
- carrot (diced - optional)

1) Drain all fruit juice over night
- 1 box accini depepo pasta
- 1 cup pineapple juice ( I drain mine from the pineapple chunks )
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs. corn starch
- 1 cup water
- 2 big cans pineapple chunks
- 2 big cans mandarin oranges
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 container Cool Whip
