- 8 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Topping
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Crockpot Parmesan Chicken

Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray (or use a slow cooker liner)
- 1 (25 oz). jar spaghetti sauce
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup (or more if you like) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of spaghetti noodles (for serving)
Magic Pan Chicken Elegante Crepe

To prepare crepes: Sift flour and salt together into a large mixing bowl
- For crepes:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- For filling:
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup half-and-half

- For the gravy:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 beef boullion cube
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- For the meatballs:
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Kosher salt and freshly ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound lean ground pork
- 1 large egg, beaten

- 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes (I'd recommend Contadina Brand)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp dried basil
