Cauliflower-Bacon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb bacon, fried crisp
- 1 head cauliflower, broken
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
- 2 cups mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange ingredients in layers in large salad bowl. Torn lettuce, onion, bacon and broken cauliflower.
Sprinkle with sugar and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Toss before serving.
Keep cold on buffet table by placing salad bowl inside large bowl filled with ice.
