- 1 cup Rice Chex
- 1 cup Corn Chex
- 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
- 1 1/2 cups M&Ms
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 qts water
- 1 pound pasta - spaghetti or penne
- 4 tbsp freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese

In a large pot over medium heat, add in ground sausage and ground beef
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large white onion minced
- 5 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley divided
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 30 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pound deli sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 boxes Ritz crackers
- 1- 40 ounce jar Jif peanut butter
- 2 1/2 bricks {or 60 ounces-weight} chocolate almond bark
Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup

In a large pot add butter and olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup onion, diced
- ½ cup celery diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 (14 ounce can chicken broth) for a thinner soup use 2
- 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast (I used rotisserie)
- 1 16 ounce package potato gnocchi (on the pasta isle)
- salt and pepper to taste
Easter Crockpot Candy

Layer peanuts and then vanilla candy coating into the crockpot (I used a 5 quart)
- 34.5 ounces honey roasted dry roasted peanuts (I used planters)
- 48 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating (Almond Bark or CandiQuik)
- 11.4 ounces M&M Milk Chocolate Plain
- optional garnish: seasonal sprinkles (I used jimmies and nonpareils)
Brownies with Pretzel Crust

We are going to start by making the pretzel crust
- for the crust:
- 4 C pretzels
- 3/4 C unsalted butter (1.5 sticks)
- 1/2 C sugar
- for the brownies:
- you can use a simple boxed mix or your own favorite brownie recipe
- for the buttercream frosting:
- 1/2 C unsalted butter (1 stick), at room temperature
- 3 C confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp milk
Chicken Penne with Spinach and Bacon in Creamy Tomato Sauce

BACON: Preheat oven to 400 F
- Pasta:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken (thick in size, such as chicken breasts)
- 6 bacon strips
- 5 medium tomatoes (chopped in cubes)
- 10 oz. package of fresh spinach
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded (more for garnish)
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 8 oz. penne pasta
- Seasoning Mixture:
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (more, if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red Pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Three Cheese Mac and Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for baking dish
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. flour
- 5 c. whole milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 3 c. Cheddar, grated
- 2 c. Gruyere, grated
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated, divided
- 1 c. panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- chopped parsley, to garnish
Salt and Vinegar Broiled Fingerling Potatoes

- 1 pound fingerling potatoes, sliced lengthwise to 1/4-inch thickness*
- 2 cups white or malt vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
