Strawberry Cookies with White Chocolate Chunks

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line pans with parchment paper
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter-softened
- 4 oz cream cheese-softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoon flour
- 5 oz white chocolate-chopped
- sanding sugar
Slow-Cooker Chex Mix

In a slow-cooker over high heat, combine all Chex, pretzels, bagel chips, and Cheetos
- 3 c. corn chex
- 3 c. wheat chex
- 3 c. rice chex
- 2 c. pretzel twists
- 2 c. Bagel chips
- 1 c. Cheetos
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter (12 Tbsp.)
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt

- Good olive oil
- 4 ounces pancetta, 1/2-inch-diced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onions
- 2 cups (1/2-inch) diced carrots (3 carrots)
- 2 cups (1/2-inch) diced celery (3 stalks)
- 2 1/2 cups (1/2-inch) diced peeled butternut squash
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic (4 cloves)
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 26 ounces canned or boxed chopped tomatoes, such as Pomi
- 6 to 8 cups chicken stock, preferably homemade
- 1 bay leaf
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cooked small pasta, such as tubetti (see note)
- 8 to 10 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup good dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons store-bought pesto
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Pink, yellow, blue & purple sugar crystals

Italian Anise Biscotti

In a small bowl put flour and baking powder set aside
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cups softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Anise liquid
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Anise seed
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon orange extract (mix orange extract and water together)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla

- 4 (15 oz.) bone-in, center-cut pork chops
- 2 C. shredded fontina cheese (divided)
- 7 Tbs. unsalted butter (divided)
- 2 lbs. russet potatoes
- 1/4 C. whole milk
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 1 C. chicken stock
- 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- Fresh thyme leaves
