Make Crack Chicken: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2" pieces
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. panko breadcrumbs
- 3 large Eggs, beaten
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 Small flour tortillas
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- Ranch dressing, for drizzling
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Braised Chicken with Pepperoncini and Olives

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
- 3 pounds bone-in, skin-on, chicken thighs, (about 8 thighs)
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- One 14 1/2-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini, plus 2 tablespoons of liquid
- One 2 1/4-ounce can black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

- 1 (10.5 oz.) can condensed chicken soup
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 (1 oz.) packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1. In a large pan, on medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil
- For the sauce:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons oil for frying
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup flour

Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 Onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 dill pickles, chopped
- 1 c. Cheddar, shredded
- yellow mustard
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- sesame seeds
- Ketchup, for serving

1.Mix water and heavy cream together and set aside
- ◦1/2 cup butter
- ◦1/2 cup flour
- ◦2 cups water
- ◦2 cups heavy cream
- ◦4 cups chicken broth
- ◦1 (16 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli (you can add more if you like)
- ◦Salt and Pepper TT
- ◦8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, or you can sub 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ◦1 (8 oz) bag sharp cheddar cheese
