- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozarella cheese blend
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 large shallot, finely minced
- 1 small loaf ciabatta bread
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Heinz ketchup I use no sugar added
- 1/4 Cup Heinz Chili Sauce not thai chili sauce
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

- 1 large sweet onion ; peeled, halved and cut into 1/2-inch rings
- 2 green bell peppers ; about 1 pound, cored, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound small red-skinned potatoes ; cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 4 hot cherry peppers ; trimmed, seeds removed and thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic ; peeled and smashed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 skinless chicken breast halves ; bone in, cut in half crosswise, about 1-1/2 pounds total

- 1 pound chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with basil and oregano, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Cucumber, Onion and Tomato Salad

Mix well
- 3 Tomatoes
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper
- 2 table spoons of sugar (TOTALLY YOUR CHOICE... Me, I say without)
- 2 teaspoons of salt, ( I would cut down on the salt too )
- 1 cup of water,
- 1/4 cup of olive oil, mix well...that's it.
- Let it chill for 1-2 hours... That simple...

- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 16 oz. Crimini mushrooms
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 16 slices provolone

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 20 oz can chunk pineapple, drained, reserve 2 tbs juice
- 4 cup white bread cubed (about 7 slices)
