Garlic Shrimp

Get all your ingredients ready
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp
- salt to taste
- 6 cloves garlic, minced fine
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp cold butter, cut in 4 pieces
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp caper brine
- 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley, divided
- water as needed to thin sauce

Cooked in a crockpot!
- 1 lb red or white kidney beans, if dry, soak overnight in 6 cups of water.
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided
- 6 oz. diced pancetta
- 1 1/2 cups diced onions
- 1/2 cup each diced carrot and celery
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 sprigs each fresh rosemary and sage
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 3 cans diced tomatoes in juice (14.5 oz. each)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups uncooked ditalini pasta
- grated Parmesan cheese
- minced fresh sage
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Zucchini

In a large skillet over medium heat melt 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 2 4 Chicken Breasts, sliced in half, or 4 thin chicken breasts
- 8 8 8 Tablespoons butter, divided
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 1/2 1 cup plus 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan, divided
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup flour
- 2 2 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves, minced

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- The Crust:
- 9×13 baking pan
- 1-1lb. roll of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
- The Caramel Layer:
- 1 (14 oz.) bag of caramels
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- The Cookie Dough Layer:
- 3/4 cup (1 – 1/2 sticks) butter, softened to room temp.
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs. heavy cream
- 1 – 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- The Chocolate Top Layer:
- 1-1/2 cups regular semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- A sprinkle of Sea Salt
Hamburger Seasoning

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Beef Stew with Cheddar Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Stew:
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef sirloin
- 14 oz. pkg. frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (from 1 garlic clove)
- 3/4 tsp. each pepper and kosher salt
- 3 Tbs. tomato paste
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 12 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 3 C. beef stock
- Biscuits:
- 2 C. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 C. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 C. mild Cheddar cheese-divided
- 1 C. whole buttermilk

Prepare batter in a blender
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 tbs butter, melted
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbs finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

To make the meatballs: Stir the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl to blend
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 slice white bread (crusts trimmed), grated or shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- 8 oz ground beef
- 8 oz ground pork
- 12 cups chicken broth
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach
- approx 6-8 oz of Acini de Pepe or other tiny pasta*
- 2 tbsp parmesan (optional)

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces cremini or fresh porcini mushrooms, stemmed and halved
- 1/3 cup sweet Marsala wine
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1½ tablespoons unsalted butter
