Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper; set aside
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Cheerios cereal
- 3 cups peanuts
- 3 cups pretzel pieces
- 3 cups red & green M&Ms
- 20 ounces white chocolate
- 3 1/2 tablespoons solid vegetable shortening
White Wine & Melon Sangria

Stir melon and sugar together in a large pitcher
- 1 1/2 cups melon pieces
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 bottle of white wine - Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc - (I used Moscato)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tbs Triple Sec
- 3/4 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup hot sauce (to taste)
- 3 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 – 4 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed

In a medium wok or skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil
- 2 T. sesame oil, divided
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 T. hoisin sauce
- 2 T. teriyaki sauce
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 t. rice wine vinegar
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. cornstarch
- 1 T. Sriracha sauce or chili garlic sauce (to taste, optional)
- 1 head bibb or butter lettuce, separated into leaves
- 2 small green onions, sliced
Peanut Butter Pie

Preheat oven to 350º F
- Crust:
- 2 cups pretzel sticks, coarsely ground
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 stick (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (or store-bought whipped cream)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 3 cups of white chocolate chips
- 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk

1.In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cabbage, turning often, until tender, 15 to 20 minutes
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1/2 large head green cabbage (1 1/2 pounds), cored
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, diced small
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes (from a 28-ounce can)

- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup cooked long-grain white rice

- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup Pepperoni Minis, divided
- 1 cup Mozzarella ; shredded

In mug, crack egg, add powdered sugar and cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you want your cake)
- 1 standard-sized mug
- Some sort of topping (optional)
- milk chocolate chips, hot fudge, whipped cream, ice cream, strawberries
