- 3 pounds pork loin
- 1 apple, sliced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Caramel Pecan Brownies

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 in square baking dish
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 c. plus 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp water
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 c. toasted pecans, chopped
Wine Jello Minis

Combine 5 tablespoons cold water and gelatin in a bowl
- 5 tablespoons cold water
- 3 packages unflavored gelatin (about 3 tablespoons total)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup orange muscat dessert wine
- 1 1/4 cups Sauternes or similar sweet wine
- 1 each grapefruit, blood orange, navel orange, tangerine, and Meyer lemon, or another combination
Green Bean Salad

Fill a large bowl with ice water
- Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 pounds French string beans, both ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
Chicken and Veggie Risotto Bake

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked short-grain Arborio rice
- 2 medium red potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (2 cups)
- 2 medium parsnips, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 cup)
- 3 medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1 cup)
- 4 1/2 cups chicken broth (from two 32-oz cartons)
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (3 oz)
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cup cake flour
