Easy to make marshmallow frosting!
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Dark Chocolate Tart

Heat oven to 400°F. Press pie crust into tart pan
- Optional:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1 bag (12 oz) dark chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Cool Whip
Peanut Butter Bones

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of lowfat milk (or lactaid free for allergies)

- 1/4 cup milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan
- 3/4 c. butter
- 10 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. plus 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 c. plus 1/4c. sugar
- 2- 8oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1- 6oz pkg blackberries

Mom's recipe
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 teas cinnamon
- 1/2 teas ginger
- 1/2 teas cloves
- 1/4 pumpkin spice OR (nutmeg)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups veg oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
Crockpot Pot Roast

Sprinkle the roast all over with 2 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- One 4-pound beef chuck roast
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for coating

- 4 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 stalks celery, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 egg yolks (reserve whites for frosting)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 c. lemon juice
- Marshmallow Frosting:
- 4 egg whites (from lemon curd)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- 3 tbsp ice cold water
- 1- 15oz can pumpkin puree
- 1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 beaten egg, for brushing
