Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons, divided
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Apples:
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Streusel Topping:
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup caramel topping for drizzling after baked

Combine cocktail sauce, jelly, and onion together in a crack pot
- 1 12oz jar seafood cocktail sauce
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1- 10 1/2oz jar jalapeno jelly
- 1 1/2 lbs frozen plain meatballs
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs with a mixer
- 1 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 24 ounce bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
Chicken Divan

Bring a large pot to a boil
- 1 1/2 lb broccoli, chopped
- 24 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons minced shallot or onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. dry sherry or white wine
- 6 oz. shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan
- 1/4 c. seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
Crockpot Lasagna Soup

In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 carton (32 oz)beef broth
- 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (2 oz)
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- Shredded cheese, if desired
Pot Roast and Root Vegetables

In a slow cooker, whisk together the flour, wine, tomato paste, bouillon and worcestershire
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon base
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 large carrots, rough chop
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 med. rutabaga, rough chop
- 12 oz sm. yellow potatoes (about 10)
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 1/2 lbs beef round roast, tied with string
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley for serving
Curried Chicken Salad

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 whole (6 split) chicken breasts, bone-in, skin-on
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups good mayonnaise (recommended: Hellman's)
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup chutney (recommended: Major Grey's)
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 cup medium-diced celery (2 large stalks)
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts (2 scallions)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup whole roasted, salted cashews
Christopher's Mustard BBQ Sauce

- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 vanilla bean, split, seeds removed (empty vanilla bean used for the syrup)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup toffee chips (like Heath or Skor)
