Chicken-Chile Quesadillas

Top one half of each tortilla with cheese, chicken, green chiles and onions
- 1 package (11.5 oz) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 tortillas)
- 2 cups finely shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
- 2 cups shredded or finely chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
Baked Beef Ziti Weight Watchers 7 Points

A Weight Watcher friendly Beef Ziti baked with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces ziti, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 pound lean ground beef, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 28 ounce canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Classic Baked Ziti

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (32 ounce) jar meatless sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta, cooked and drained
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cheesy Chicken Taquitos

Add water to large saucepan and bring to boil over high heat
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Salt to taste
- 6 oz shredded, Monterey Jack
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp chives chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 16 soft corn tortillas
- Canola oil cooking spray
- 2 cups jicama guacamole
Lasagna Bake for Two

HEAT oven to 350ºF. COOK noodles as directed on package, omitting salt
- 2 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup undrained canned diced tomatoes (about 2/3 of 14.5-oz. can)
- 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

- Ingredients:
- 1 package (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
- 2 T + 1 t packed brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 c warm water (110-115 degrees F – this is slightly warm tap water. DO NOT MICROWAVE. If the water is too hot you will kill the yeast and if it’s cold it won’t activate.)
- 1 c warm skim milk
- 2 3/4 c white whole wheat flour
- 3 oz finely diced deli ham
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (I love cheddar but you could certainly substitute Swiss if you prefer)
- 6 c water
- 4 t baking soda
- 3 T unsalted butter, melted
