- 5 quarts popped popcorn
- ( 3 bags Act II Old Fashion Natural Microwave Popcorn )
Lemon Caper Scallops

Season scallops. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high
- 10 large scallops
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 large lemon, peeled, 4 segments chopped and remainder juiced
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Tiramisu

I used instant Expresso and the other option if you have no Marsala on hand you may use Kahlua as a substitute
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 12 tablespoons sugar
- 500 grams mascarpone (1 large tub)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Pinch of salt
- 10 tablespoons Marsala
- 2 cups espresso, plus more if needed
- 1 large package Lady Fingers (4 sleeves of 12 biscuits)
- 1 whole cup chopped semisweet chocolate
Herbed-Parmesan Chicken Breasts

- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Wasabi Broiled Black Cod

Position an oven rack in the upper third of the oven
- 1 cup mayonnaise or egg-free mayonnaise, such as Vegenaise
- 2 teaspoons wasabi paste
- Vegetable oil, for the broiler pan
- 4 fillets sustainable black cod or other firm white fish
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt
- 1 lime, cut in half
French Silk Pie

1 Heat oven to 450°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell, using 9-inch glass pie plate
- 1 Crust Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- Filling
- 3 oz Hershey's® unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
- 1 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened (do not use margarine)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream

OutBack Onion Soup

In a large, heavy pot over medium heat, bring 2 quarts water to a boil
- 2 quarts water
- 8 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
- 2 large onions, quartered and sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Creamy Tortellini Alfredo

- 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 18 ounces cheese tortellini
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3/4 cup Italian cheese blend or 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

- 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 (32 ounce) box chicken broth
- 2 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup broken lasagna noodles
- 1 (5 ounce) package grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 thin French baguette
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves smashed garlic
