Strawberry Cake Dessert

Make cake according to directions After the cake cools cut the cake in half and crumble into another pan
- 1 strawberry cake mix
- 2 containers of strawberry cool whip
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 big container strawberries (frozen)
Frosted Banana Bars

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Chewy Brownie Cookies

In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening, sugar, water and vanilla
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
