Preheat oven to 350°. Line 32 muffin cups with foil liners
- FROSTING:
- 2 packages (14.1 ounces each) refrigerated pie pastry
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-3/4 to 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 6 tablespoons Key lime juice
- Fresh raspberries
Super Sloppy Joes

Directions Heat a large skillet over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 turn of the pan
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef sirloin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend, such as McCormick brand Montreal Seasoning
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 crusty rolls, split, toasted, and lightly buttered
- Garnish: sliced ripe tomatoes, pickles, Deviled Potato Salad, recipe follows
Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 dozen chicken wings, about 3 1/4 pounds, rinsed and patted dry
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned
- Leaves from 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 fresh, hot red chile, halved
- 5 garlic cloves, halved
- 2 -inch piece fresh ginger, smashed with the side of a large knife
Kansas City-Style Ribs

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and seasonings; sprinkle over ribs
- SAUCE:
- 1-1/3 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons each garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika
- 1-1/4 teaspoons each ground cumin, coarsely ground pepper and cayenne pepper
- 12 bone-in country-style pork ribs (about 7 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mozzarella Baked Spaghetti

- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Johnsonville® Mild Ground Italian Sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 jar (14 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 to 2 cups (4 to 8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
