Lemonade - homemade (and variations)

- Thyme/Lime Lemonade:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups water
- 10 sprigs thyme
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup vodka
- Spicy Cayenne Shandy:
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 -12 oz bottles lager beer
Meal in a Glass Smoothie

Put ingredients in blender and process until smoth
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 3/4 cup mango juice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 6 dates
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/3 cup baby carrots, cooked & cooled
Red, White & Blueberry Smoothie

- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Low-Sugar Canned Berry Syrup/Sauce

- 5 1/4 cups berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or blackberries), fresh or frozen
- 2 1/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup sugar
White Chicken Chili

- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed) or ground chicken (If using ground chicken: brown first in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a 2-quart saucepan, then drain.)
- 2 cups chicken broth, preservative free
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 – 15 oz. cans cannelloni or northern beans
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 3/4 cup of sour cream or for a dairy free

- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine or dry sherry
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or peanut oil
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped

- 3 oz. lemon jello
- 1/2 cup mini-marshmellows
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 - 3 oz. pkg blue jello
