Mix together ground beef and ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- One bunch Fresh dill weed stocks, chopped
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 4 tsp lingonberry sauce
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- yogurt or sour cream
- 1 celeriac, peeled and diced into 1/2" cubes
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach

Easy Cheesy Zucchini Bake

- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 small zucchini, slices
- 2 small yellow zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Torsk-Shrimp Thermidor

- 2 frozen torsk (cod) fillet (3/4 lb)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 bay leaf
- slice of onion
- 1 can (4 oz) slices mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed mushroom soup
- 1 lb frozen shrimp
- paprika
- grated Parmesan
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pkg wild/white rice mix
Roasted Raw Nuts

Dissolve salt in water and add nuts
- 4 cups almonds / add 1 tsp sea salt
- OR
- 4 cups pepitas / add 2 tbsp salt & 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- OR
- 4 cups pecans / 2 tsp salt
- OR
- 4 cups walnuts / 2 tsp salt
Sweet Potatoes - baked dish

Mix all ingredients and place in baking dish
- 2 sweet potatoes, diced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- pinch of cayenne
Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls

Bring a medium saucepan of water to boil
- 2 oz rice vermicelli
- 8 rice wrappers
- 8 large cooked shrimp, deveined & cut in 1/2
- 1 1/3 tsp chopped fresh Thai basil
- 3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 lettuce leaves, chopped
- 4 tsp fish sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic chili sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp peanuts, finely chopped
