Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and pepper in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 9 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup minced sweet onion

- 2 3/4 cups whole milk

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 large eggs, separated

Chicken Salad

Scrumptious!! I blended two recipes from Ladies Home Journal and America's Test Kitchen to come up with this recipe
- 3 strips bacon, finely chopped or pre-cooked bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil (if using pre-cooked bacon, use 2 tbsp oil)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 stalks kale, stem removed, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 16 oz diced tomatoes, Italian spiced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- Penne pasta, cooked
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup

Great when you have a cold
- 2 - 3 oz Ramen noodles or rice noodles, broken into 3" length
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 - 15 oz low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- black pepper
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups pre-washed baby spinach
- fresh bean spouts
