  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
