5 Minute Sugar Free Black Forest Cake - Shelly's

In a measuring cup or microwave safe mug, Mix egg, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Black Cherry Torani Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Multigrain Pancake Mix (I use this)
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 - 2 cup Measuring Cup or Microwave Safe Mug
Pistachio Pineapple Pudding

Blend together pudding mix, yogurt and pineapple with juice until pudding mixture dissolves
- 1 pkg. SF pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup low fat Cool Whip
- 2 cups low carb vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 T. shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 3/4 cup crushed pineapple in 100% juice, no sugar added

- 1 14.5-oz. can tomatoes & green chilies

- 3/4 cup creamer (such as Silk) or canned coconut milk (180g)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice, or 3/4 cup more creamer or coconut milk (180g)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or coconut brown sugar (8g)
- stevia (or more brown sugar) to taste. Amount will depend on the sweetness of the milk you use.
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules. It’s not technically a “latte” without coffee… but really, who cares?
- Optional: mini chips, whipped topping, eggless cookie dough…
